I had a completely different experience this time around, and I’m so glad I decided to give this facility another chance.
When I first came in last September looking for storage, the gentleman working at the time unfortunately turned me off renting altogether. He didn’t seem to know what units were available or what size would best suit my needs, and I left feeling frustrated and ended up renting elsewhere for the few months I needed storage.
Fast forward to now, and I needed storage again. I decided to give this location another try, and I’m very happy I did.
The new lady in the office was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and took the time to understand exactly what I needed. She was able to explain the available options, recommend the right unit, and made the entire process quick and easy.
It’s great to see a competent, customer-focused team of women in the office who genuinely seem to care about helping customers. The difference in service was night and day compared to my previous experience.
I’m glad I gave this location a second chance and would absolutely recommend it based on the excellent service I received this time around.

Just a quick note to say the office staff have been very helpful.
I had a inquiry about my bill, and within days I received a very professional, courteous and detailed letter explaining the issue and a complete resolution.

I needed to find a storage unit on very short notice, and the whole experience turned out to be excellent. Krupali was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the process. She clearly explained all the available options, including unit details and availability timelines, which made everything so much easier to understand. The entire interaction was quick, smooth, and very productive. I truly appreciate the support—thank you, Krupali, for making this so simple for me! I found an affordable , practical and a prompt solution !

Thank you so much to the girls in the office. They answered all my questions, helped me when there was snow in front of my unit (even after a crazy snow storm), and are always a delight to work with. Nothing but great things to say about them and the site. I’ve been a customer for a long time and like the new girls far better than the old regime of staff.
