I rented for 2yrs+ a storage unite in Timmins, Gov. Rd, my unite was a heated inside one.
+ secure entrance, locked doors
+ service from latest lady working there
- raise in cost of unite, when nothing is actually changing.
- keeping up with the turnaround of employee (never the same person hired)

The storage unit i previously rented was way to big and expensive. I contacted Marlene at Mini Mall. Marlene help me rent a storage unit suitable to the size i needed. Marlene was very quick to find a unit for me, the unit was very clean and perfect size. Mini Mall is very lucky to have her on staff

Stopped in to price out some units. Melanie (?) Was super helpful and showed me several units that fit my budget and needs. Will return when the time comes.

I dont like the service at the airport road location since mini mall storage took over.
They expect payment without an invoice and suspend gate access.
They are also wayyyy too expensive compared to previous owner.

you say you are competitively priced in the market? it's easy to set market prices when you buy up all the storage businesses in town.
